Whether you need additional mental health numbers, information, or recommendations…
Better Mind Counseling & Services is not a crisis center and does not provide crisis management services (outside of therapy appointments). If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency or in a life-threatening situation, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, a free, 24-hour hotline, at 1-800-273-8255. Your call will be routed to the crisis center near you. Additionally, you can call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
